Human Resource (HR) is a term which is used to delineates the employees who work for a company/organization and the department which manages the resources related to those employees. The term was first observed in the 1960s when the value of labor relations gained much attention and the ideas of organization, motivation, selection assessments, and behavior also began to take shape. Also touted as personnel or talent management, human resource management refers to supervising or managing all the things related to maintaining an organization’s human capital.
